We are looking for Loan Officer Recruiters who are wanting to represent the best up and coming mortgage company today!

You should have a solid reputation and a successful background in loan officer recruitment on regional or national stage. You will be backed by an executive team actively engaged with prospective recruits to assist with pricing scenarios, demos, compensation negotiations, interviews with management, and toolkit support.

This position requires extensive outbound prospecting, and excellent written skills. In addition to a competitive compensation package, the position offers ownership in the company.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain proficiency in the company’s unique technology and competitive advantages
  • Recruit target candidates and manage effective compensation negotiations
  • Maintain an extremely high level of customer service and communicate with professionalism both externally and internally with other departments.
  • Manage high level of outbound communication on a daily basis
  • Manage large database of candidates in CRM

Experience and Skills

  • Must be a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • High degree of work ethic, solid reputation, and tenacity
  • Due to the nature of the outbound sales role, creativity, energy, and adaptability are critical
  • Ability to quickly evaluate candidates against requirements and terminate discussions when a prospective recruit is not a fit (based on arrogance, professionalism, customer reputation, ethics, and prime lending focus)
  • Should be accomplished at generating enthusiasm and interest in candidates that are not actively seeking a to make a move
